Record regular building and site checks, from regular walk-arounds to annual reviews. Log building certifications, such as PAT tests and boiler servicing. Ensure contractor compliance with school procedures, and record driver and vehicle suitability. Prepare risk assessments efficiently for visits, curriculum activities and site use. Using the facilities management tool accessible on mobile devices, organise room and site resources safely.
